Shipping Policy:
Orders shipped UPS Ground will typically ship the next business day, however this is not guaranteed. Next Day Air and 2 Day Air is only available by calling Customer Service at 1-678-762-1100 and confirming a shipping date and cost. Shipping and handling fees will be calculated during checkout and before confirming your order. A handling fee of $2.25 is applied to all orders. Standard UPS shipping within the United States will typically arrive in 3 to 7 business days. Alaska and Hawaii shipments may take slightly longer. Your order is normally shipped UPS, however depending upon your location, your package maybe shipped US Postal Service at our discretion.

Brainy Baby® products can only be shipped within the United States. We're sorry but we cannot ship to Puerto Rico at this time.

Brainy Baby® cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. There must be a Street Address for UPS to deliver the items.

Orders to APO/FPO addresses will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). All other orders within the United States will be shipped United Parcel Service (UPS).

The Brainy Baby Company does not ship to International Countries. Please see the International Distributors List for a list of distributors in other countries.
